Duties as a Sales Associate:
- Welcome and greet customers as they enter the store
- Communicate with and support customers
- Broaden your knowledge by participating in product knowledge training
- Share products and promotions with customers
- Organize and replenish stock and help merchandise store
- Work in a team environment involving customers and employees to continually improve the way we do business
- Keep up to date with trends in the outdoor retail industry (Hunting, Camping, Fishing and Outdoor Adventure)
Position Requirements:
- Previous retail, sales and/or hospitality experience a major plus
- Computer literate; familiarity using POS systems
- Extremely personable, positive, and approachable
- Fantastic customer service skills
- Comfortable standing for long periods of time; can lift up to 40 pounds
- Ok with shift scheduling, working weekends, and holidays
